  • Charging Stations will be available for bike computers and lights.

  • Tent camping is included with registration

  • RV Camping Available with limited electric hook ups

  • Food Truck on site with Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch Menu for purchase

    • Lunch and Dinner Menu - Cheese Burgers, Hamburgers Hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, Nachos​ and fruit

    • Breakfast Menu - Breakfast Bowls, Biscuits n Gravy, Pancakes and Fruit

    • Beverage including soft drinks and limited Bar service provided by Three Sisters Park (due to park regulations, no outside alcohol is allowed on site)

  • Port-a-potty available near start finish and Camping areas and indoor restrooms access is available in the main pavilion building.

Event Rules

​

This event is a self-supported, endurance bicycle event along the gravel and dirt roads, marked forest trails and other marked pathways of Three Sisters Park. Even though the course is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic there may be occasional support traffic crossing the course as directed by course stewards. While there are opportunities for outside assistance, it is imperative to remember that you are responsible for you. Please review our rules and suggestions.   1. Cycledelic Athletes must utilize an approved bicycle. This bicycle must:

    • Consist of a frame mounted on two wheels, one behind the other

    • Have a seat and have handlebars for steering

    • Be propelled solely by the operator via two pedals connected to the rear wheel by a chain or belt. Class 1 e-bikes (Pedal Assist) are permitted for participation only but are not eligible for award placement. Class 2 and 3 E-bikes are restricted from the course.\

    • Have two hand-operated brakes (fixed gear and coaster brake bikes are not exempt from this rule)

  2. Athletes must wear a helmet while operating their bicycle.

  3. Athletes must be equipped with either a helmet or handlebar mounted head light during dark hours.

  4. Athletes must pass over the timing mats at each of the official checkpoints. Only full laps completed prior to event completion times will count. Partial laps will not.

  5. Athletes are responsible for themselves throughout the duration of the event. This includes:​

    • Navigation of the course. While the course will be pretty well marked, we will have course maps and the 4-mile loop will be open for pre riding the morning before the event. We have navigation resources for you which includes GPS files and cue sheets. We will also have some course stewards as well.​

    • Support Crews, friends, and family members are NOT allowed on the course.​

  6. The primary route must be followed at all times. No short cuts or alternate routes are permitted. 

  7. If you intentionally exit the course for food, supplies, or any other reason, you must re-enter the course at the same spot at which you left. 

  8. If you get lost, you shall make every reasonable attempt to backtrack to the point where you left the course; or to re-enter the course as soon as possible and without gaining an advantage. Note: “Advantage” is not defined by race position. 

  9. All athletes must attend Rider Sign-In on Saturday before the event starts race day to receive their event packet. (Full Schedule of Events will be available on the website closer to the event date).

  10. A government-issued photo I.D. will be required to sign in. 

  11. Event packets will be given out to registered athletes only. No one else can receive your pack for you.

Preparation Equipment Checklist

​

Items in this list are sorted into three categories: must, should, and want. “Must” items are absolutely required by every athlete. “Should” items are highly recommended for successful completion of the event under all conditions. “Want” items are nice to have in a pinch, or may be recommended given certain weather conditions.

You will NOT find earbuds or headphones on the following list. We HIGHLY DISCOURAGE the use of these devices as they impair your ability to hear and react to approaching motor vehicles or warnings from other riders.

Must Have

Helmet (approved by CPSC or Snell standards)

Head light (if you participating in the 12 & 24Hr Challenge)

Water Bottles 

Nutrition (bars, gels, sports drink) - Some provided by the event organizers 

 

Should Have

Two+ spare inner tubes (yes, even if you have tubeless tires)

Tire repair plugs if rider’s tires are tubeless

Tube patch kit

Tire repair boots or gorilla tape

Tire inflation system (we recommend CO2 inflators for speed PLUS a hand pump for reliability)

Tire levers

Bicycle multi-tool that contains:

All Allen wrenches needed for the various bolts on your bike

Chain tool

Spoke wrench

Spare chain quick links

Red tail light

Cash, debit or credit card (to purchase supplies from local businesses)

 

Want To Have

Chain lube

Chamois Butt’r

Extra thermal top or warm layer

Paint stick or similar for clearing mud from the frame

Waterproof/windproof jacket

First aid kit

Spare wheel spokes
